Description:

The frames are built with a mild tempered steel to keep the piece from bending, sagging or warping. Some poplar wood and 3/4″ plywood is used throughout the piece to tie everything together. Altra Qualex Foam is used for the cushioning with a 2.6 density to ensure long lasting use for generations. A 100% rubber suspension system is used instead of coils springs.

Every piece of furniture by Zain Handicrafts is constructed to retain its beauty for generations. Our furniture is built from solid hardwoods. In larger case pieces (hutches, dressers, etc) solid wood / veneered plywood is utilized for the backs which minimizes cracking and/or warping that can result from humidity changes with a solid piece of wood.
